Would you like to be in a photo or video shoot with me? I am always looking for male and female fans who want to fulfill their foot, leg, shoe or hosiery fantasies with me on camera !You do NOT have to show your face, but you still have to sign a release form.

1. Shoots will be done just about anytime that I am in town, and can be done in your town too if you provide me with the plane ticket, gas money, hotel room, and any other incidentals. I WILL travel by plane and perhaps drive too, as long as YOU are paying for all expenses.

2. All shoots will be scheduled as far in advance as possible, but my schedule is extremely flexible, so quite often I can accommodate a shoot at the last minute. Depending on the nature of the shoots, they will take place in either a hotel room, rental home or condo, in which I would be agreeable to perhaps splitting the cost of.
3. I will select applicants based on their appearance, personality and attitude. A G-rated, casual face & body photo will be required PRIOR to arranging a shoot, meeting or even discussing the possibility of one, without exception. And, if the nature of the photos includes the possibility of a foot job, then a photo of your lower member area will need to be included eventually.
4. You must be at least 18 years of age, for obvious legal reasons or 21 if your state or country requires that.
5. You must understand that all shoot sessions will be held for the express purpose of making photos and/or video clips for use on the member's area of my site, and/or for home videos to be sold on the site. I do custom videos, but those are generally done BY me FOR you at an agreed upon price and script, hence, custom video.
You do NOT have to do both videos and photos...it can be whichever you prefer, or both.
A signed standard model release form and photo ID will be REQUIRED in order to cover federal legal statutes (specifically, US Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, Section 2257) pertaining to the publication of "adult" photography and film in an electronic media. This will have to be done BEFORE photos are taken, NEVER afterwards.
NOTE: No one else will see this information, but it is required by federal law, so it is a MUST.
6. The theme of the shoots will revolve around some of these subjects, but is NOT limited to just these areas only. I'm very open to ALL ideas, so please let me know what you would like to do, including, but not limited to:
* Foot & Leg Worship from guys or gals, including bare feet, hosiery and/or high-heels and platform shoes
* Foot-jobs (bare feet & with hosiery, socks (clean or dirty)...whatever you enjoy!)
* Toe sucking, foot play
* Foot Voyeurism

7. For those who complete a photo or video shoot with me the following will be their compensation. This is assuming the shoot is completed with the agreed upon photos and/or videos.
* Free personal copies of all photos, video clips and/or home videos made during the shoot(s) with release form stating that you will ONLY use these for PERSONAL use!
* Free 6 month membership to Lady Eve's Feet plus a 1 month membership to my site at Sneezing Babes or Farting Sexy. And if it works out well, we can have with dinner or lunch or even a night out on the town.
OK, now if you have thoroughly read and understand the information above, and if and you live in/near or are willing and able to travel to the Georgia area at your own expense or fly me to you or provide agreed upon transportation and...
If and you are at least 18 years of age and have a recent, clear, G or PG-rated CASUAL photograph (no magazine or web site pics)ready NOW (not later) that CLEARLY shows your FACE and BUILD (not one or the other, but BOTH), and... If you are willing to sign a standard legal model release/age verification form and supply photo ID for the purposes of proof of age and identity in keeping with federal law (US Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, Section 2257) pertaining to the publication of adult-oriented photography and film in an electronic media then proceed to the next instructions!
Instructions
Write a brief paragraph or two about yourself and what kind of shoot you are interested in doing. Be SURE to include the following information please.
* Your Name
* Your Contact E-Mail Address
* Your Age
* Your Area of Residence
* Your idea/fantasy for the shoot(s) you'd like to do
* Anything you'd like to say about yourself that will give me an idea of your personality. Please be honest because just because we may arrange this shoot and we meet, if you have totally lied about anything, then it will not happen!
Send me at least ONE photo with your application. The photo(s) need only be casual and G-rated, but MUST be relatively recent and CLEARLY show your face and build, and if the shoot involves the possibility of male genitalia being the subject matter, then that as well. A face-only pic won't work; nor will a body-only pic without a head. You MUST have a photo or I will not consider you.
All photos received by mail WILL be promptly returned to you, but ONLY if you supply a self-addressed stamped envelope for them!

Once I have received everything, I will notify you if I'm interested by E-Mail. If you have been selected, I will contact you, mail you the model release form, arrange a phone conversation or public meeting, and we can then work on planning things from that point.
